Kesgrave Cleaning Services offer a professional carpet cleaning service at a reasonable cost.

Your operator is fully trained in carpet cleaning & stain removal. We use the highest specification of equipment & solutions, which ensure your carpets are cleaned to the highest standard.

We use a hot water extraction process, cleaning solution is sprayed deep into the pile of your carpet. At high pressure, with water the solution and the dirt are extracted from the root of the carpet. The area is then deodorised leaving your carpets clean & smelling fresh.

Stain Removal

Our powerful solutions remove dirt from most heavily soiled areas, for stubborn stains we use a selection of specialised stain removers. The stain is treated separately from the rest of the carpet. We aim to remove the treated stained area but cannot guarantee 100% removal.

Chewing Gum Removal

If your school, shop or office carpets have problems with chewing gum, this is no problem for us to remove with our specialist equipment.

Preperation

We require you to move as much furniture as possible from the carpeted area. Heavy items of furniture which you are unable to move we will clean around. We will also need access to hot water & a power supply.

Prices

There is a minimum charge of £50 per visit, we can give an estimate over the phone but for an accurate cost it is best for us to visit to view the work required & measure your carpet/s.

We provide a regular window cleaning service to Kesgrave, Woodbridge, Felixtowe & Ipswich. Your windows will be streak free & gleaming, our clean also includes wiping the frames & sills (may incure extra cost for 1st clean).

Windows are cleaned on a 5 weekly basis, if you're not in when your windows are cleaned we will leave you a S.A.E with a stamp for you to post us a cheque.

If you don't want a regular window clean One off window cleans are available for a minimum cost of £20.

Clean bath, sink, toilet including base & pipes, mirror, shelves, shower screen includes lime-scale removal, all accessories & wash floor.

Bedrooms
Dust all areas & hoover.

Hall, Stairs & Landing
Dust & hoover (wash floors if required).

For that total clean we can also deep clean any carpeted area. Also window cleaning service is also available which will include cleaning of frames & sill, both charged at an extra cost.

The whole process is completely hassle free for our client as we supply all cleaning equipment & chemicals. On booking all we require is the address and information regards to access of the property and leave the rest to us.
