Regular Domestic Cleaning – All cleaning equipment & chemicals will be supplied by the customer unless arrangements have been arranged for us to supply at an extra cost. You will be sent an Invoice by email or post at the end of each month with 7 days for payment. Payment can be made via internet banking, cash or cheque. We reserve the right to suspend cleaning services until payment has been received. Under no circumstances must payment be made to cleaner direct, payment will not be collected. If you need to cancel a clean we must have 48 hours notice before the cleaner is due to start or you will still be charged. You can have 3 cleans as holiday per 6 months without charge if 7 days notice if given.

Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning – A provisional quote will always be given prior to booking which is subject to sight. A £50 deposit will be required to confirm booking date, which will be deducted from final amount due. There is a minimum charge of £50 per visit. If client has a cat or a dog, due to animal hairs slowing the process down/taking longer there will be an extra charge of £15. If keys have to be collected or dropped off via a third party or another address other than that to be cleaned there will be an extra charge of £10 to cover extra time taken. Payment will be expected on the day of your clean unless other arrangements have been made making cheques payable to  Kesgrave Cleaning Services

One off / Spring Cleans – All cleaning equipment & chemicals will be supplied by us which will ensure we have the correct items required for the best results. There is a minimum of £50 per visit. A £50 deposit will be required to confirm booking date, which will be deducted from final amount due. KCS reserves the right to amend original quote if the cleaning is taking longer than estimated, the client will be contacted if the cost is going to exceed the quotation. If client has a cat or a dog, due to animal hairs slowing the process down/taking longer there will be an extra charge of £15. If keys have to be collected or dropped off via a third party or another address other than that to be cleaned there will be an extra charge of £10 to cover extra time taken. The property must be vacated on the day clean is due to be carried out.  Payment will be expected on the day of your clean unless other arrangements have been made making cheques payable to Kesgrave Cleaning Services

Window Cleaning the majority of customers will be called or sent a text the evening before windows cleaned, this will allow customers to leave payment in an arranged place. Payment will be expected on the day of your clean unless other arrangements have been made making cheques payable to Kesgrave Cleaning Services.

Contract Cleaning Contract of cleaning requirements will be agreed between both parties. 4 weeks notice must be given in writing to end contract before end date on contract. Customers will be Invoiced on a monthly basis with 7 days for payment. Payment to be made via internet banking direct to our bank account.

Payment / Non Payment – All Invoicing clients will be informed when payment is due. Our preferred method of payment is via internet banking direct to our account (please call for our details) also accepted is cash & cheque. We have the right to charge a penalty for late payment of 4% of the total amount due for each day the payment is overdue (including weekends). If we have to use a debt recovery agency, seek legal advice or county court costs to secure payment, all costs will be added to the outstanding amount.

Deposit - All bookings except window cleaning are subject to £50 deposit to confirm your booking. Deposit will only be refunded if cleaning is cancelled within 48 hrs of cleaning date. Deposit will not be refunded if clean is cancelled within 48 hrs of cleaning date.

Damage / Breakages – Client must inform us within 36 hrs of clean date with information of damage or breakage, we take no responsibility after this time. We aim to view the problem within 24 hrs of us being informed. Excess will be paid by client.

We are fully insured. In case of a complaint, Kesgrave Cleaning Services requires to be notified within 24 hours after completion of the cleaning work. No claims will be entertained after the above time limit. If the you are not happy with the standard of the work, a cleaner must be allowed to return & re-do the job at no extra charge.
